Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

I found mike at Pitt River Auto Service on the internet, I was so happy with his service, and knowledge! My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.

Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. I would just let to let everyone know that this autobody place that i picked to bring my car in for fixing was awesome and went above and beyond to full fill my needs at the time.
I had a lady hit my car and scratched the rear back driver side. So i brought it in and they took a look at the car took some picture and then drove the car in front of their office and washed the car. The service was very fasted only took one day and they ended up fixing my scratch on my bumper for free. Excellent !
