This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

My profession deals with car accidents every day. I had my bumper repaired at Abby Collision and I must say, it was a seamless and pleasant experience. Joe is amazing for his professional service. Although The body shop itself doesn't look super classy or anything, in fact when I first arrived and was thinking about turning back, the owner Joe greeted and consulted me with a friendly smile and solid confidence. The repairs were done beautifully two days later.
I left happy and would recommend to everyone who needs a good auto body shop!

I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete.
The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early.
The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
I highly recommend this Craftsman Collision location to anyone looking to get their car repair. I will definitely send my friend and family there should they need work done.
