I was in a pinch, and needed my vehicle back on the road quickly. The guys at Pro-North took my appointment on short notice, and got me back on the road in no time.
They keep a spotless shop and waiting area. All staff that I met were friendly and professional. You will not feel intimidated at all.
The cost of my repair was less than half of what I expected. The only way I can thank them is to keep giving them my business.

Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

Finally found someone who cares about his customers! After many years of trying to find someone to repair some small blisters in our hot tub, we were given Chris’s number. He was efficient, knowledgeable & pleasant. He arrived on time (driving out of town), explained how he would fix our problem & completed the job to our satisfaction. That’s hard to find today! Mikey just did a service call for diagnosing an issue with my home treadmill and it was a d**n delight.
He did preventative maintenance and hung out while I ran. The issue repro'd while he was here; he diagnosed that I needed a part, and then dealt professionally and effectively with my pain-in-the-butt manufacturer on my behalf for parts. He'll be back in a couple weeks to install the parts when they come in.
And ALL his work will be cheaper than their initial diagnostic call. Delightful.
