A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.

I recently entered into my first investment property purchase and had the pleasure of dealing with Jameson Glas (Attorney) and Veronica (assistant to Mr. Glas). Everyone from the Front desk (Rosanne) to Jameson was very friendly and professional. Best service i have ever had.. i live 2 hours away and was nervous about driving that far and he offered to drive the car to my house to see it.. Who does that.. 1 am hearing impaired and he spent 1/2 hour on the phone with my insurance company as i couldnt hear on the phone.. again never met a car salesman that did that.. i had other vehicles i wanted to see as well but purchased from chris.. its the place to go for sure

They guys at Cars and Parts were fantastic, very friendly and knew there stuff. Lots of parts at great pricing. A good Old school wrecking yard.
I drove from Mississauga and they offered me a fresh cup of coffee gave me a water for my drive home.

Raj is a great guy to deal with. He gave us honest professional advice about what needed cleaning and what didn't and he provided a discount where he could. Our couch has a difficult fabric to clean, but Raj went the extra mile and didn't charge us for it. Raj arrived on time and we felt his prices were very reasonable for the amount of cleaning he provided. I'm definitely contacting Raj again.
