My 5phone year old fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. I went online to find a repair service and came across Purcell Appliance. The Tech was out with an hour, identified the problem, said he would look into the warranty and then let me know what was the best way to move forward. The parts where covered under warranty and he had them in within 3 days and installed on the fourth day.. I knew the cost in advance and nothing was hidden. Fridge is working perfectly now.

They went out of their way, literally out of their catchment, to help when others couldn't. Cody had exceptional communication skills and worked with me to coordinate details. Last few times food has been poor at best. My cravings got the better of me so I ordered one more time. The Beef and Broc was full of meat and the Broc still firm and tasty. All food ordered was above par. Finally good chinese food is back in cranbrook

I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.

Finally gave mark a chance and not only did I find the haircut/style I liked, but I was proud to say I received the best haircut I had ever had. He always trims my beard and hair better than I have ever received elsewhere. I stay with mark because he’s proven himself with my high standards, over and over again.

I’d never been to a gym before being 14, but Cerry and the entire staff here made me feel very welcome being younger than everyone there. They have all the equipment you need there, showers, a nice private room in the back of the gym to stretch out and is also used as a cycling studio. When I first signed up Cerry, the owner made me up a couple workouts and training sessions which really helped me out, he always greeted me with a “hey bud” which made me feel welcome there.
