I showed up on a Sunday without realizing I would need an appointment. Called the number on the door and the big guy showed up in 10 mins. Great customer service! Easy going, no pressure, very accommodating. Buying a car can be very stressful, that being said. My experience was a pleasure. Would most defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

Absolutely amazing. First off I want to start with that my entire family has purchased from Galaxy. Second the guys in the Courtenay Galaxy are professionals although theyre like family. Danny, Andy, John, Jona, Kevin. Just a solid bunch of guys! They work their butts off to make sure you get approved even if your credit is bad. They make something work. If you get into trouble financially they help you like a brother or father. AMAZING dealership. Wont go anywhere but Galaxy.

Driving our vehicle back to Ontario. Stopped in to have the oil checked. The guys at this shop were so polite and professional. And honest. Our oil looked “beautiful” and we received a top up. They also checked all of our other fluids. No charge. Drove away in awe. Go here. These guys deserve your business.
