We are always quick to report poor customer service however I would like to report the wonderful customer service I always receive in the Smith Falls location. Daryl, who served me to-day and the young lady working with him (01/25/19 - 11:40 AM) are the most helpful employees I have had the pleasure of dealing with, each and every visit! They should be complimented on their excellent customer service!

Beginning of July we thought our well went dry. Called Splash Well Drilling, who were already out on a job. About an hour later we got a call back. After explaining what happened, and the fact that we had added water to the pool the night before, they were told us a few things to try because he thought we might have just overtaxed the pump. I was so grateful for his honesty, he could very easily of come and re-drilled our well and we would have been none the wiser. Thank You, highly recommend.

With my husband, we have been patients of Dr. Rodriguez for over 10 years and it always has been a very positive and pleasant experience. I live in Kingston, and I am happy to take the one hour trip to get to her dental office. She is a wonderful professional and a lovely person. She is very kind, caring, knowledgeable, super gentle, up to date on every new technique and approach, and ready to make every effort to accommodate you. Very honest and thorough. Great staff. Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

If I had to pick a lawyer for anything it would be Felicia O Hara.
She does care about her clients and not after just money like some of the rest of them. I think some of the other lawyers are just crooks! Call Felicia O Hara before you call anyone else!!! Highly recommended.

I was very impressed. Called them at 4:50 pm on a Sunday because our garage door refused to open and the car was stuck inside. They treated the situation with the proper level of urgency and showed up promptly at 7 am the following day (they offered to come immediately but let us know that since they were already closed it would cost a lot more). He had the door open by 7:30, so I didn't have to take the bus to work.
