My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

From the front desk, to the assistants to the hygienists to the dentists, professionals every step of the way. Attention to detail, real human caring and friendly and open, these people are just a pleasure to deal with.

The crew were friendly, and polite, and went to my neighbours to ensure they knew any cleanup of shingles and nails would be done, and it was fastidiously. They were great. Jay made a suggestion regarding the change in colour of shingles from what we had, and I was unsure, but after it was done I was more than pleased.
