Everytime we have issue with our order and even during busy hours which is the usual issues on all fast food. They always mkensure you are a happy customer before you leave their restaurant. They are still quite efficient and fast among al other Mc Donalds here in Edmonton!

First time eating here and this place was amazing!
We had dinner Saturday night and everything was great! From the delicious food, cute rustic room and efficient and friendly service. Our server, Jill, had great recommendations and was prompt. All the dishes were amazing but the cabbage bliss stood out.
Thanks Workshop, see you again!

I was actually searching to find a contact of who owns this McDonalds as I wanted to ensure they received this message. I went through the drive through around noon last Sunday Dec 2/18. And had the most outstanding service. Both staff that took my payment and that gave me my food had exceptional customer service !! The first time in a long time I have had an experience like that. I will travel into use this location again specifically due to the fact they were amazing !!!

Have been there a couple of times without reservation and they managed to fit us in without hesitation food was great music was mood setting service was awesome look forward to going again!
