I use this store on a regular bases. The people in the Pharmacy are amazing. If it wasn't for Trevor the pharmacist, my husband would be taking the wrong tablets prescribed by the hospital. The rest of Shoppers staff are always ready to help you and are friendly. I also love their prices.

He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours.

They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. I hired Capital City Drywall to finish my basement, doing new drywall from start to finish, mudding, sanding, along with the final painting.

Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.
