I have been using services plus since 2014 and they have been always excellent. The receptionists are always courteous and prompt to return my calls. The technicians were always on time or even earlier, and they take the time to answer my questions and explain the results of the furnace and AC tune up. Services Plus replaced my furnace and did an excellent job at selecting the right furnace for my house. Highly recommend!

We chose Summers and Smith to install our new equipment last year and have been extremely happy and satisfied with the service we have received. Not only was the installation completed professionally, but their follow up work is fantastic We had to use them for an emergency service call over the weekend and the technician was prompt, and accurate in their diagnosis. The problem was corrected that day. Thanks so much Summers for proving there are still companies out there that go over and above

Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

I would highly recommend Clearair Solutions for any mould issues you may have. They are a very professional and highly efficient company with a highly skilled team. I had a problem in my attic and had to remove everything in my entire second floor in order for them to get rid of the mould. They were very tidy and thorough. I just recently had them back to take care of surface mould in my crawl space. They were quick to respond and did a great job. Thanks Ken and team.
