I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. We had an amazing experience with Best Truck Repair & Tire Centre. We had a flat tire at 8:30pm at the highway and they waited for us after hours to get towed to their place. Ray’s Towing came to my rescue today! I found myself stranded in Port Perry this afternoon. I called expecting I would need a tow to my mechanic’s after an unsuccessful attemp at boosting my car. Ray’s Towing was there within minutes, was very helpful and so kind!!! Within minutes he was actually able to get the car started and I was on my way! Thank you so much!! our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7.
