I have brought multiple pets to this hospital over the years.My pets have visited them multiple times whenever they had problems. Whenever there was a problem Dr. Rana would tell us step by step what needs to be done to return them to a good health. If there are any surgeries performed, our pets received great treatment. They are very caring, calling us multiple times to check on the recovery of our pets. The staff is very cheerful and friendly! From the attention and petting they have given my cats and dogs i can say that they must be big animal lovers! I have recommended this place to my friends and they enjoy the service here too! I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service! Lire plus

Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru. Lire plus
