Very friendly and professional team. It was a bit of a wait to get both an ultra sound and x-ray done, but that was not their fault. My doctor made my appointments with them, and I am very happy she did!

I have brought multiple pets to this hospital over the years.My pets have visited them multiple times whenever they had problems. Whenever there was a problem Dr. Rana would tell us step by step what needs to be done to return them to a good health. If there are any surgeries performed, our pets received great treatment. They are very caring, calling us multiple times to check on the recovery of our pets.
The staff is very cheerful and friendly! From the attention and petting they have given my cats and dogs i can say that they must be big animal lovers!
I have recommended this place to my friends and they enjoy the service here too!

My wife and I both wear glasses and we have relied on Gary to meet our eyewear needs for the past 25 years. Gary is very knowledgeable and provides consistent quality service. His business carries a large inventory of designer frames and he keeps himself current on the latest trends in lens technology. From our first purchase 25 years ago and the many over the years up to our most recent several months ago service excellence has remained consistent.

Copeman Healthcare has treated me with the utmost care and courtesy possible. I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service!

Most people know what Starbucks does. For those of you that don't they are a great place to go for coffee-based beverages, smoothies, pastries and sandwiches. One of the things Starbucks does well is consistency, most times your favourite beverage is made well and the way you expect it. Let's face facts. Most Starbucks stores are more are less the same but that doesn't mean that they don't have differences. Here's what makes this store different. They are one of few drive thrus in the city and they are a convenient stop on the way into the city. They are not as convenient on the way out of the city but it can be done if you don't mind a circuitous route. The only problem with this store is that I have sometimes had some poor quality with my beverage. This is difficult when you have already continued on your way so i always make sure I take a sip before I pull away.

Rocket Repro printed a headshot on canvas for me and it turned out better than expected. It actually looked like a real painting. The service was friendly and personal and they took great care to ensure the highest quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They made the photo that I took on a cell phone, look like a studio shot with professional lighting. It was amazing. I gave it as a birthday gift to a friend and he loved it.

Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. We have been taking our pet here for the last 7 years. The care is fantastic and the staff really care about animals and ensuring the best care for your pet. When our cat was hit by a car they kept us up to date on his progress and ensured that they were upfront about the care and attention he needed and what the associated costs would be. It was great to go through this stressful situation with caring and compassionate service like Granville Island Veterinary Hospital offered. They also offer a selection of food an accessories as well.
