I've been here a few times over the years and this restaurant does not disappoint! The food is pretty standard for American cuisine and is usually well cooked, though I once had chicken that tasted off. The signature sauce that comes with meals is amazing! Dessert portions are too small for the price but prevent me from overeating. Service is friendly but sometimes slow during peak times. I'd recommend this place for family meals (it's not private enough for dates). The atmosphere has a comfortable, homey feel to it. I definitely recommend the classic rotisserie chicken! Lire plus

I love this place! I go there at least 1/month. I never had any not fresh fish there, and always leave happy. I can't vouch for the teriyaki menu since I don't order it, but the Sushi is very nice. I've been coming to Massey's for a long time. Lunches, dinners. The food has always been fresh, and tasty. The servers have always been nice and courteous. The portions are ridiculously large. Pastas, it's two meals. Steak on a kaiser, top with some A1 steak sauce, you're biting into some deliciousness. Their menu specials are usually really good. Just really a nice place to go eat at, at a price range that won't break the bank. Others have complained that they are busy. There's a reason for that. Cause the food is good! Lire plus

Being a Vegan for only 10 months I find it almost impossible to eat anywhere! We went to the Old Newcastle House and I was advised to try the veggie stir-fry. I have to admit I was hesitant, it was fabulous!!! I love to cook so therefore find it hard to find food I can say I love in most places!!! The company I was with also really enjoyed their food a lot! I have to say being OCD I always tend to look at the surroundings and this place is a little gem it is extremely clean ( which I love ) and beautifully decorated. Service was great, no rushing you thru the courses, clears the table after each course. must be patient, waited 10-15mins for the sashimi, but you can head on to the salad bar to start up with some fruits and lettuce. Been coming here for years. I dont know who wrote that last review but they must have a screw loose. What would you expect if you tried to get a table for 7 people on a saturday nite without a reservation when the place is lined up. We had a great time, the food was good and the service was adequate considering how busy the place was. The lineup indicated they are doing something right.
