Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. Im very very fusy about my hair and know exactly what I want. I have had the same hair dresser for years,how ever to get into her is very difficult so I needed to find another one. Apprehensively i went to Modiglini and worked with Heather I had the exact product numbers I wanted for my highlights and lowlights. we worked through the process and my hair in the end turned out even better then I expected. Im so happy and now I have a new hairdresser. Thank you Heather!!

I and my girlfriend were doing pedicures at amazing nail studio and we loved it so much. The staffs were very nice and they did their jobs professionally. I would recommended this studio for everyone who wants to do their nails. That's amazing.

I've been going here for many years now. Occasionally I try someplace else...simply because I'm out of Millwoods and it's more convenient. I've had both good and bad haircuts at other salons. I have NEVER had a bad haircut here...which is what keeps me coming back!
Although I've had cuts from a few stylists here (and they were all good) my main stylist is April and she is fantastic!
I'm a hairdresser's nightmare client, I'm sure...I'm not a "girly girl"...I have no real "style"...I haven't a clue about hair...I'm one of those people who go in and say "do what you think would look good". April knows that I own a brush and a blow dryer..no other hair "tools" and no "product". She always keeps this in mind and gives me a great "wash and go" look (and doesn't make it always the same so I have some nice changes and don't get in a rut). I appreciate that she never tries to "push" me into haircuts that require a lot of work from me and, although she might occasionally suggest a product, it's a very, very "soft sell" and I never feel obligated to buy or feel bad that I didn't. That's a big deal for me because I've been to salons where they give me a haircut that looks silly when I don't use a curling iron and 5 products on it and they really push the products. I like to feel comfortable in a salon and not worry about a sales pitch.
Before we go on vacations I get her to give me a perm so that my fine, rather limp hair will look nice even without me doing anything with it and I've always been very happy with the results!
Last year she colored my hair...for the first time in my life (I'm 50...she couldn't believe I had never done it before). She did so in a way that thrilled me...but wasn't so dramatic that I felt uncomfortable.
So if you want a great salon, choose this one...but don't all ask for April...I don't want her so busy that I can't get an appointment!

I dropped by here and couldn't believe the prices. They have a huge selection of products for people with darker skins, but also products that can be used by people with lighter skins too. Wigs, extensions, cosmetics, all kinds of skincare products... And did I say the prices are just amazing?!? This store is convenient because, while it is along Calgary Trail South, there is free parking on both sides of the street. The staff are helpful, and the type of products is like you will never find at LD or ShDMart. Very unusual and fun store to visit. You should go just for the experience. I loved it and will definitely go back.
