Wonderful experience in purchasing two pairs of frames (Blake Kuwahara-Obata) and Wissing recently. Exceptional customer service from Sue, Dee, Morgan and Emily. (Hope I didn't miss anybody out). No pressure selling. Great selection of frames to choose from. Getting complements my Wissing frames all the time. Highly recommend Sue and her team should you be in search of a pair of glasses, whether for reading or being outdoors.

My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. She is totally at home in this beautiful place filled with amazing, caring and happy staff, with lovely gardens, incredible ammemities and spotless accommodations. I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. I got a quote from Dysco over the net. When I got there my one ton truck was ready to roll. I asked them if I could use my road star insurance from ICBC for the rental truck and they said yes. paper work was fast and topped up with helpful and friendly staff. Professional, very knowledgeable, but mostly kind and pleasant to deal with. Had a few cassette tapes to be transferred to a CD. They invited me into the recording room and let me sit and listen to all my tapes for almost two hours. Then the owner edited the music and transferred it right away onto a CD.
