tremendous company - IN MANY YEARS had only one bad driver. they do not complain about short trips, and are courteous. I can rely on them to make the pre= bookings on time. Office and dispatch peole are great also. I really like using them. Judy

This was my first time using North Shore Taxi. I was taking a early morning flight out of Vancouver. Realizing there is no LYFT or UBER in Canada, I asked a friend and she referred me to this company. After reading the bad reviews I was skeptical about using them ,but had no choice. I used their APP and scheduled a early AM pickup . The App was very efficient to my surprise and the Cab showed up on time. What a relief!!!

My mother-in-law forgot her wallet in the cab when she was dropped off at our home. 20 minutes later upon realization of the missing wallet, I called the dispatcher, who promptly called the driver while I waited on hold. After a couple of minutes she said that a new customer spotted it and gave it to the driver, who returned it within 10 minutes. I offered a decent tip, but the driver insisted that it wasn’t necessary and refused to take it. Thanks for the great honest service!
