Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. Peace Arch Toyota is the most exceptional and professional auto dealership I have ever encountered. Kudos to all the staff from me and my dog Finnigan. 5 stars?

Low cost garage helped me a great deal. They pushed my truck by hand for a block when I was in trouble from out of town . Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. We were working with Shawn and Shamal and they were lovely. Shawn went and grabbed another vehicle from another lot as he had a hunch that was the one for us - and turns out he was right! It was refreshing to deal with sales people who were upfront and honest, especially after seeing a fair bit of the opposite at other dealerships beforehand. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!
