Moved on February 28, 2019. Excellent service from Bernie, Art and Kevin. The movers I had originally contracted with bailed on me at the last minute, and with three days notice this company came through. It was not a huge move but it meant everything to me. They were courteous, efficient and respectful. And much lower cost than I had anticipated. I would recommend the Kelowna Two Small Men With Big Hearts to anyone, especially for a local move.

My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

Loved every moment of 1 month stay. Incredible view from balcony. Awesome establishment and grounds, hard to be beat. Steve and Carolyn have loads of info to enhance your travels in the area and beyond. Delicious food provided, and the rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Booking with Karen was easy. She listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal out there. This was our first time in Mexico. We stayed at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, the resort was nice, food selection was great, lots of ala carte. The animals were fun to see and learn about. Beach and pool was nice. We enjoyed our time. Next time we book itll be somewhere with more pools and less walking and we fully trust Karen to help us book our next trip where ever that will be.

I worked 2 different events this summer, both set up by Salmon/Apex! I found their staff to be very friendly and helpful as well as efficient! When they came to pack and haul their stuff away I needed some help outside of their work description, a very nice and helpful older gentleman named Robert took the time and effort to help me!! I will be using them again next time we have an event and would certainly recommend them to others!!!

I give it five stars based upon what it is - a clean, safe, and most importantly, cheap place to stay downtown Vancouver. It is exactly what it purports to be. The rooms were almost funny they were so small but it had what you needed and nothing was scuzzy. Share it with a friend and it is the same price as a hostel. Everyone was friendly.

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.
