I was very pleased with the repair service, and the follow up service they provided. Good, prompt, efficient and friendly. The first claim was an ICBC repair but then they were very helpful in the follow up when I thought something was wrong.

Sam (Samantha)is the best, she figured out my complicated insurance situation when 5 OTHER BC INSURANCE Brokers could not,she spend over an hour of her "own time" to do it.
I was beyond frustrated when I got to her firm. I will NEVER USE anyone else.

I am often in Vancouver and whenever I am there I only trust Dr. Kassam with my baby (my dog) Mylo. Any time we need to go in, we get prompt service and are seen in a timely manner. Dr. Kassam makes us feel at ease and truly cares about his patients, there has even been a few times he has gone above and beyond the call of duty and we are really appreciative of his genuine care and concern for Mylo. He always books the time needed for the procedures ensuring that you don't feel you are being rushed out the door. He also has a great sense of humor along with a very caring and calming demeanor. Amazing gym. Love the 24-hours and the fact it's never closed. Great staff too, they really care about helping get results. Another one just opened in Port Coquitlam too, so I can use both gyms whenever I want.
