My 8 month old puppy was sick over the long weekend and I phoned on Tuesday and was able to bring her in. She was there all day having a Barium swallow and x-rays. She was put on anti nausea drugs and antibiotics and a special dog food for gastroentestinal problems. She is doing very well. The Dr. and staff are just wonderful caring people. Dr. Yee is an absolutely PHENOMENAL dentist!
I haven't had a dental plan in a few years, so I have quite a back-log of procedures/cavities/crowns that need to be attended to. Dr. Yee did a thorough exam the first day I came to him back in March, and listed all the items that needed attention in my mouth, giving me a wide variety of treatment options for all of them. When my dental plan kicked in in August Jeanny was amazing! She went through ALL of the procedures with me and organized them so I got the maximum coverage from my plan with as little out of pocket expense as possible. She did A LOT of foot work for me, as did Dr. Yee, to ensure that my insurance and dental work was completed as efficiently as possible.
Now here's what sets Dr. Yee apart from any other dentist I've been to! One of the procedures I need is gum grafts. They are quite pricey, so I have a plan to complete the work over the next year and a bit with my insurer, again, thanks to Jeanny's tireless efforts. As Dr. Yee was preparing to do my first grafts today he saw a problem area next to the teeth to be grafted. Without hesitation, he did an extra graft FREE OF CHARGE to help circumvent future problems for me. If that isn't a caring/proactive dentist I don't know what is. Seriously, Dr. Yee, you've got a patient for life!
So in short, great staff, great doctor, everything was very hygienic, and all the equipment used is cutting edge. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist that actually CARES about the health of your mouth.

The West Kits Dental clinic is absolutely fantastic. I've been going to this dental clinic for 20+ YEARS and must say Dr Mersedeh Shahabaldine is by far the best dentist I've ever had in my entire life.
I needed a partial denture for missing teeth and the denturist Ali Karimi Moosavi was a real pleasure to have worked on my partial ,he's extremely thorough and does excellent professional work ...We love the entire staff ,they are very personable and very pleasant with all communications .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had not been to a dentist since I was 12. I was scard for life when I was younger by dentists that clearly had no clue about what they were doing. One dentist I went to for a couple fillings, he numbed me but didnt do it properly, when he started drilling i felt EVERYTHING. Dr.Emami and Krystal at Willowbrook dental are amazing!I got a root canal and I felt ZERO...NOTHING!! I am no longer scared and am getting more work done by Dr.Emami - I have a lot to get done! This is a quality clinic all around with very warm, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff from the front desk right to the team of Doctors. So much support for first time moms especially during this time with Covid 19 restrictions. I am thrilled and so happy I made the move from my original clinic to this one. Driving the extra few kms from Maple Ridge to Port Moody is no bother to me. I would highly recommend getting a referral to this clinic as it is in a league all it’s own. ?

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Always seems to be open when the others are all closed. Pharmacy next door is really convenient and reasonable prices. If the place is busy, another doctor often shows up. They’ll tell you how long you’ll be expected to wait, and it’s pretty accurate, often wait time is less than predicted. We’ve been here countless times, sick kids or after work. This is now our first choice.
