From the amazing front end staff including Katie, to the Assistants and ultimately the visit with Dr. Staniloff, this is a great group of dedicated professionals. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

Dr Jirik has gone out of his way during the COVID-19 pandemic to reach out to me by phone to insure I had my biologic infusions done and to time the space before during and after my COVID-19 vaccines !… his concern for my well-being is refreshing compared to a lot of doctors I’ve seen before finally being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis!! Thank goodness he’s there to help patients with this disease!!
