Michelle was great booking my appointments and getting the paper work done for insurance without a hitch. Samantha is a very thorough Hygienist with a great sense of humour. Dr Kong had been my dentist for years. I moved away and found myself with a toothache and I went to a well known clinic that deals with implants. They suggested removing 4 or 5 of my teeth including a front tooth. The cost was huge. I decided to go back to my original dentist in Newmarket. Great and welcoming staff. Doctor is perfect, very kind and gentle. He did the best job on two of my teeth and saved a dieing tooth. Great calm office environment. The only issue that I gave them 4 stars is they did not give any promotion regarding first visit and consultation to me. They charged me even for the first visit that was only a consultation session. Otherwise they were great and I recommend them.
