I recently purchased some bathroom tiles from Decora. I was helped by a woman named Tara. I just wanted to comment on how amazing and friendly her service was. First, she was very kind in helping me find beautiful tiles that would fit my tight budget. There were several delays and complications in the shipment of the tiles which was a bit frustrating, and she handled the situation with such care and courtesy that it made all the difference. I have never experienced such amazing customer treatment in the home reno area. The other people at Decora whom I had little bits of interaction with also seemed very friendly. Makes me totally happy to recommend Decora to others.

My wife and I contacted your company to move from Duncan to Lake Cowichan. They arrived on time. The crew consisted of John, Travis and Brandon. Having had experience myself in the moving industry, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, and the speed with which they completed the move. Ben refinished our pre finished hardwood floors. We had some water damage, so he cut those parts out and replaced them with some extra pieces we had kept from when we had the house built back in 2003. We are very pleased with how our floors turned out. Ben is a hard worker, reliable and is excellent in his craft. Highly recommen
