Natalie the dispatch person was very understanding and helpful. Chris the tow truck driver came to my rescue. Their service was above+beyond exemplary!! Having worked along side of the this company for several years now, I can say that they are the most efficient at what they do.
They arrive early and set up their equipment with a minimum of fuss. If need be, their bouncy castles etc..are all self contained. They will even bring their own electricity if they need to. I would reccomend Par-T-Perfect for any event where you need the job done right and on time.

Just finished buying our second trailer from the fine folks at Peden RV. Brad, Heather P and Heather B. Were again very accommodating. On multiple occasions they met us after hours to fit with our schedule. Their NO PRESSURE sales approach is a breath of fresh air in the high pressure world of trailer sales. We also found that they do NOT have the hidden fees that most of the other retailers have.
After your purchase they schedule a walk through of the unit with you (at no charge). Ken did the walk through with us and again he was great! it was our first trailer and he took the time to explain everything to us and how it all worked.
We highly recommend this company and will be sure to send all of our friends and family there.
