I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service! Lire plus

I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. I unreservedly recommend this business to anyone who needs leather goods, and/or shoes and boots repaired. Lire plus

We had water come into our basement during the recent heavy rains. Andrew the project manager contacted me back very quickly and had a team to my house within 30 minutes. They were very organized and went to work right away drying out my basement. They were able to dry the walls without cutting them,but had to remove my laminate flooring. They left my place as clean as possible considering the circumstances. Andrew stayed in contact with us and completed the rebuild within the time he promised. Lire plus
