Great staff, the girls in the sports department know what they're doing. Evelyn, I think that was her name?... had great service and always smiling. she didn't know the answer to one on my questions, so she asked her manager and the lady told me that I could have a deal!!! The ladies who work here are efficient and very easy to approach. It was my first time shipping through greyhound and I will be back again. They do offer tracking now.
I'm not sure what the review below is about, as this depot doesn't do pick up or deliveries, they are all out of Coquitlam, the main office for the lower mainland.
This office doesn't have buses but you can buy tickets here for departure from another depot.

Loved this place :) pretty reasonable/expected prices for the amazing quality, especially for the lower mainland area. You could drive to Vancouver and save a little, but for an around the corner shop this place is great. The edibles were incredible! Quality made heaven deliciousness ^_^ i will definitely be returning regularly.
