Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. People here are so courteous and the staff treated me very well despite the fact that I have seen almost everything available in their collection and asked almost 100 questions; still, they kept very patient and answered every question with a smile. Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . Very happy with this company we would recommend them
