A great venue to have a workout. Lots of rooms with a variety of free weights and machines and great aerobic equipment. Lots of natural light as tons of windows and the staff are awesome. I travel a lot and are many gyms and this ranks up as one of my favourites.

Thank you, I went in the store today to purchase a bag for a young man down on his luck and your staff were incredible, supportive and caring. I really appreciate the caring and giving manner that your staff presented. It brought me to tears, to see such good people. Thank you again. The young man was in wonder and shock at receiving such a gift from people who did not know him, I included Sport Chek as part of gift giving because your staff gave me such a great deal and were so kind.
