the lifestyle change and freedom my mom enjoys at Bear Creek Villa has put years on her life. I still visit her once a week but she has so many friends and is involved in all the activities that I barely get her to myself. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a better quality of life for their aging parents.

I just got a new kitten and needed to get supplies. I didn't really know where to go till I came across this store online. I went right away and was so happy I made the trip into Oak Bay. They have an amazing selection of cat & dog toys, accessories and supplies. I definitely will be coming back here once she grows up a little more. So far this is the best privately owned pet store I have found in Victoria.

109% recommend anyone to go to the Best Carpet flooring team and speak with AJ. His team and his selection on products is vast. He really helped us throughout the process and was the best person to deal with among my other trades/services people.
I really admired how transparent and caring he was to ensure I had a smooth experience during my home build.

I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

This place is fantastic. Nice Clean, fast efficient service. They have a huge parking lot, which gives you ample amount of space to sort your bottles. They pay full refund and they also accept electroncis.

My wife and I visited this store when my wife was in need of a new pair of glasses. We were instantly impressed with the great customer service they offered. They were patient and helpful with suggestions as my wife tried on a wide variety of frames that suited her. Then, after narrowing down her choices to a top three, they waited patiently while my daughter and I joined my wife to help her make the final verdict. They even had a bowl of candies for our daughter to choose from. They took my wife's prescription and whipped up the glasses in no time flat. Upon learning that my wife also wears contact lenses they insisted that my wife try the solution that they carry because they feel its the best. They gave her a bottle to try free...and not a little sample bottle...a full-sized bottle! My wife was so impressed with her overall experience that she took all of her optical business here and got them to handle her contact lens needs as well. Very personable, warm clinic that offers professional and thorough care. Dr. Badyal uses a wonderful machine that is able to ease the most difficult to get at knot in your muscles, it's heavenly to leave his office feeling looser and have more motility. Be prepared to want to take a nap. He will always try to accommodate to fit you in when you throw your back out too!

Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

dr baker is the best rheumatologist in victoria.I was in a car accident last january which unfortunatly left me with wide spread body pain and unexplainable symptoms 6 diffrent drs where unable to dx me but when i finally was able to see dr baker for the first time he was able to dx me with in 10 min of seeing him.I would highly recommend this dr to anyone expecially if you are suffering with fibromyalgia like iam and arthritis.He cares about his patients and does everything in his power to help you control your pain.If you need to discuss anything to do with your medications he will return your phone call at the end of the day and if you email him he will email you back.I dont know of any specialist that will do this for his patients.Over all i would rate him with 5 stars.I would recommend him to my family and friends.He can be behind time but its only because he takes the time with his patients.

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!

I give it five stars based upon what it is - a clean, safe, and most importantly, cheap place to stay downtown Vancouver. It is exactly what it purports to be. The rooms were almost funny they were so small but it had what you needed and nothing was scuzzy. Share it with a friend and it is the same price as a hostel. Everyone was friendly.

I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service from Boyd Autobody on W 73rd. I was given free estimates from friendly staff who were willing to help me out as I did not have glass coverage on my insurance. Fred gave me a great deal within my budget and was just as friendly in person, along with the other staff members. My windshield was replaced within a few hours and they even washed and vaccumed my car! The cabin noise has been reduced significantly in my 16-year old vehicle and of course, the windshield is flawless. I would definitely recommend them!
