I had to have my h/c unit replaced in my condo in Dec 2015. Not only did Fahrenheit give the best price, they provided the most professional and best customer service I have ever encountered. Mike, the owner, provided all the various options, pros and cons for each available unit particular to my circumstances. The crew was fast and very professional. During a rain storm, Jody, the office mgr., called to make sure there were no leaks. That's Customer Service. Windsor's Best.

No air and it was Canada day weekend during a very bad heatwave. I called J&S not really thinking anyone would get back to me until after the holiday. Was pleasantly surprised when Ryan called me back and although he had a lot of calls he would get me in the next day, holiday Monday. Ryan was pleasant and punctual, so even though he did not have much of a holiday my husband and I can’t thank him enough

We had our heat pump fail on New Years a couple of years ago. Called one company who came out and took out a part that was causing the heat pump to fail. So he hooked up so our electric furnace would keep us warm. It did of course, but we then used a lot more electricity- enough that the Hydro company called because our bill/usage had skyrocketed.
Unfortunately, this company didn't deal with replacing a heat pump. We found one dealer who came out and said a particular part was kaput, so we needed to replace the furnace and the heat pump. and gave us a price.
At that point, we figured if it was the whole system to replace, we should check out another quote. So one of the companies we called was Grand River. Bill came out assessed the situation. He found that that part could have been replaced for a lot less than the whole new system.
In the end, we did replace the whole system, partly because there were government incentives at the time which gave us about a $1000 in rebates. And we appreciated Bill's honesty and expertise.
Our system was over 20 years old and the heat pump compressor was not in the best of shape.

I am very happy with my service from Conway's Mechanical. My natural gas fireplace was not working. When I called Conway's Mechanical the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. The technician arrived promptly and after repairing the fireplace, he even cleaned the glass. Looks and works great!
