I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. After a 12 hour night shift and terrible weather, SOS towing was the only tow that was able to get me out of the ditch and on my way home. The driver was incredibly kind and quick not to disrupt traffic. The driver made sure I was safe and warm and ensured my vehicle was safe to drive. I can't thank you enough for your kind service!
