The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.

I purchased my scion frs from Nancy . I couldn't have asked for better assistance. She made sure that I got everything that I wanted and was a huge help in my decision to purchase my car. She listened to everything I had to say and went over and beyond for me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. She did not pressure me in any way, and was such a pleasure to work with. Incredible customer service. I was on a long road trip with my family when a tire went flat. It was not repairable. They got me back on the road with a new tire within a short amount of time for a great price. So thankful for them and the kindness they showed my family.

We were so happy to come across Matt and his fine group of trustworthy guys here! Isn't that always the best word you want to hear from someone speaking about their auto technicians?.... Trustworthy! Matt and his crew have been our mechanics for a couple of years now and we can't say enough good things about all of them! I love that I can go in to my mechanics's shop and without a hesitation know that what they say needs to be done, does, and nothing more is added to make a few bucks.

Fantastic service and trustworthy. I've been going to Perce's for a few years now and I couldn't recommend them any higher. I went there today with a minor steering issue and they worked on it for almost 30 minutes, flushed my power steering fluid and didn't ask for a penny. This is the 2nd time now I've been there for minor issues and had it fixed with no charge. Highly recommended.
