Just want to say that Dr. Kwong has done an outstanding job with my dental work. I live in Richmond BC and have gone to several dentists, but the crown and implant surgery Tony did for me was amazing - virtually painless, professional, and it all looks and feels great. (I can bite and chew better than ever).
Parking costs if you park at the back, but there is no charge if you take one of the two spots directly in front of the office. The staff are so nice as well.

For years I have shopped at Tile Town because of their superior customer service and pricing. The staff has full knowledge of all products, and have gone out of their way for me to make sure I got everything I needed to get my projects done. Just wanted to publicly say thanks to Nicole and the staff at Trennant Park Pet Clinic. Our cat Lucy had been struck by a truck. The driver was kind enough to stop and care for her and track us down. She was in severe shock and needed immediate care. By the time we got to the clinic one staffer named Nicole was prepared for her and the Dr immediatley admitted her. She would require constant care and IV fluids for a number of days. Without insurance coverage we were very concerned about the costs of care. Due to her condition she could not be taken home so the staff at Trennant Park kept her hospitalized without any charge for those additional days. I was so impressed with their genuinely helpful attitude and concern for our pet that I will be using them from now on. We've been back for follow up and received the same genuine care. It's great to see that level of service. What I liked most is that everyone in the office seemed so sincere and just plain nice. Highly recommended!

I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

I have been looking for a piano for my kids to start lessons when school starts and went to Showcase Pianos. Wow what a great store. I just loved the location and friendlyness of the staff. They let me try any piano I wanted, even the kids. I was surprised to hear that they could speak different languages to accommodate their clients. I felt very comfortable and I will definately bring my husband back to look at a few pianos I really liked, especially the Fazioli! It was nice that they were all in tune and nicely displayed. I can't wait to see one in my house. Thank you very much.

My daughters phone got run over by a car and Sam fixed her phone for an incredibly reasonable price. We have since gone back for other products like screen protectors, cell phone plans, and used phones. Sam is knowledgeable and his prices are great! I highly recommend this business.

Great service for our event. We weren't sure exactly what we needed but were pleasantly surprised by the service we received from Devlyn. Everything was explained and put our mind at ease.
When the trailer was delivered the driver Kevin ensured that all our needs were met, and he took his time to explain everything we had questions on.

I had purchased a (3pk CARAMEL CRUNCH Batch:20238) box of your donuts at 7-11 store in Airdrie, AB. So soft!!! The expirey date was next day and I had another one on the expirey day and STILL SOFT and tasty!
The 7-11 store has a Tim Hortons within however they were closed for the night as to why I got to experience your baking!
I wished you were able to advertise on your website what locations your product is sold and flavors available cause I would be happy to be a supporter/ advertiser!!!!!

When I moved back to Vancouver I decided that my fresh start should include new furniture. I spent a LOT of time looking around different stores. Most of the places I went I found the staff were pushy (which is not my style) and followed me around the store but when I went into Scan Design the sales staff were fabulous. Not pushy at all, they didn't stalk me while I was looking around, but yet they were easy to find when I did need some help.
I'm so happy with the furniture that I ended up purchasing. But what I especially love is how patient the staff were with me (I must have made 4 trips back and forth between the store and my townhouse, measuring furniture to make sure it would fit my place). Even better was the fact that the furniture was delivered by probably the most polite delivery-crew I've encountered in my life (and I've moved a lot of times). My delivery was scheduled to be between 10 AM - and Noon, and they were actually there at 9:45.
The day before my furniture was to be delivered, I got a phone call to say that my dining room chairs weren't going to be included but before I could freak out and say "where are my guests going to sit for Christmas dinner" he said "we have 8 replacement chairs for you, I'm sorry that they aren't the colour you ordered. You can keep these chairs until yours arrive. When your chairs come in we'll pick up the loaners and drop off the ones you ordered." I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that the loaner chairs were the same style that I ordered, they were just the wrong colour. And, they weren't old or used chairs, they were actually new chairs. I didn't have to pay for the loaners or the extra delivery fee. I'm still impressed by the service I received.
If I ever move into a bigger house and need more furniture, I'll definitely be back to Scan Designs.
