I have been shopping at this location for many years and I have yet to receive anything less than stellar service. I refuse to shop anywhere else for electronics or appliances.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.
