I just had my windshield replaced and the service was Excellent. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. They had my Jeep finished in less time than expected. I left happy especially when I noticed my car had been cleaned and vacuumed. This is my place for any of my Glass needs.

I cannot say enough good about Amherst. The staff is incredibly kind and highly professional. Our little dog, Casey, received the most gentle treatment and plenty of treats. When she became sick with mitral valve disease, Dr. Wark was always available and diligently cared for her. Casey did die, but, we are so thankful that her last months were filled with love. Amherst was a great support and continues to be as we nurse our 18 year old cat, Tiger, through her golden years. Dr. Yuen is making sure that Tiger enjoys every one of her nine lives. There have been several times where my heart was broken and I thought it was the end, but, through highly capable diagnosis, we still have our little girl. I can call anytime and come dashing in a minute before closing and I am always greeted by the kindest front end staff I could ever hope for. Amherst has been a part of our family for so many years and I could not be more grateful for the journey we have been privileged to share with this top-rate veterinary clinic.

I love this bank. If I need to use the teller there's hardly ever a lineup, if there is a lineup it moves quickly because they have enough tellers to help their customers in a timely manner. Great customer service, attention to detail, above and beyond. I do all my financial planning here and have for many years. Convenient, simple, and they are so friendly. these guys know what they're doing. I left my Volvo SUV with malfunctioning tranny and they fixed it in three days.
they even stood up for my when Global Warranty didn't want to pay for repairs first but agreed to pay after shop explained to them what happened to the tranny.
will deal with them again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I visited this store when my wife was in need of a new pair of glasses. We were instantly impressed with the great customer service they offered. They were patient and helpful with suggestions as my wife tried on a wide variety of frames that suited her. Then, after narrowing down her choices to a top three, they waited patiently while my daughter and I joined my wife to help her make the final verdict. They even had a bowl of candies for our daughter to choose from. They took my wife's prescription and whipped up the glasses in no time flat. Upon learning that my wife also wears contact lenses they insisted that my wife try the solution that they carry because they feel its the best. They gave her a bottle to try free...and not a little sample bottle...a full-sized bottle! My wife was so impressed with her overall experience that she took all of her optical business here and got them to handle her contact lens needs as well. Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear.Extremely honest and didnt even charge or upsell.

I was very happy with the quality of work and customer service from Boyd Autobody on W 73rd. I was given free estimates from friendly staff who were willing to help me out as I did not have glass coverage on my insurance. Fred gave me a great deal within my budget and was just as friendly in person, along with the other staff members. My windshield was replaced within a few hours and they even washed and vaccumed my car! The cabin noise has been reduced significantly in my 16-year old vehicle and of course, the windshield is flawless. I would definitely recommend them!

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!

Recently, I had my teeth cleaning done at the Bentall Dental Clinic in Richmond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely ladies at the front. They were very welcoming and full of positive energy. I'm usually nervous visiting the dentist especially a new place but it was a fun and relaxing experience. My dental hygienist was very personable and attentive and ensured I was comfortable at all times. She was very thorough with the cleaning and I knew I was in good hands. I then met with one of the dentists to conduct my first visit evaluation and both him and his assistant were professional and open to answer all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office even though you don't live close by. I live in the Fairview area and drove down because I heard the service was excellent and it was true!! Thank you to the Bental Dental team for a wonderful experience!

I give it five stars based upon what it is - a clean, safe, and most importantly, cheap place to stay downtown Vancouver. It is exactly what it purports to be. The rooms were almost funny they were so small but it had what you needed and nothing was scuzzy. Share it with a friend and it is the same price as a hostel. Everyone was friendly.
