We love how the walkers know Bowen and how happy he is to go with them! He always sits in the front seat, and he’s happy and tired when he gets home. The walkers do their best to clean him, and communicate well if they are running behind. Wouldn’t change anything. How well you know the dogs, walk reports, photos, the great walk/outings you do with the dogs is amazing. I always recommend you if someone needs walking/care for their dog.

Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

Dean showed up the next morning after I called him about my bricks falling off the roof from my recording studio ( I was afraid the mailman , paperboy and girl scout cookie salesgirl would get hit. I had to run out gave him the green light right away and when I came home the chimney was temporarily secured ( phew ) within the next day it had been completely rebuilt , mostly using what was there with some new improvements, which was good because I did have water damage before. Very Happy!!

Checked in with Rachel and she was very kind and helpful during it all, she made the process very smooth and walked me to the elevator!
Matt was a bartender I had at Persona in the casino and he was incredibly welcoming and made dining alone feel less awkward.
I was sick one day and was treated to a personalized letter and fruit tray from Pauline it was a unexpected and a welcoming surprise!

After having my daughters hair done by a stylist that left her feeling upset and looking ridiculous we called the manager and he was quick to resolve the issue...had her back that day and had it striped out and fixed by another stylist named Ashley....she did an amazing job and we will return to have all our hair needs done by her in the future!!! Huge shout out to the manager for doing what was right!!!
