Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. They also gave me a list on future maintainence requirements with a cost so that I could budget for them. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need. We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. And i recommend this place to anyone who is reading this, u will be happy that you chose daves auto shop!
