5 years ago our cat was hit by a car and it was 11:30pm by the time we found him. When he was barely able to move, we knew that we had to get him some care and fast. Our normal vet was closed and there seemed to be few options. Then, looking in the Yellow Pages, we found the ad for Vancouver Animal Emergency Clinic and thank goodness we did. As it turned out, our cat was in shock and suffering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip. Without the expert care and fast response of the veterinarians at the Animal ER it is likely that our cat would not have made it until morning. The caring staff ensured that they got him the care that he needed overnight until we was stable enough to be transferred to our vet for further treatment. The fact that he is dozing in the chair beside me today, 5 years later, is testament to the wonderful care provided at the Animal ER. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to deal with a sick or injured animal you love and don't know where to turn, call the Animal ER.

I have been a customer of this store for several years and would be in it every day but one can only have so many pens and inks. The staff are helpful, pleasant and well informed. I live in a remote area and they have taken the time to advise and help me repair problems I have had with my pens and mechanical pencils over the phone. They also carry an excellent range of quality paper and other stationary supplies. I think this store is one of Vancouver's gems!

This team installed exterior and interior glass railings in my house and from their first visit I felt like I picked the right company. Zaid and his team worked hard, didn't talk much and built lovely railings on my patios and inside my home. I touch the railings every day and I love them all. Solid and beautiful product. After they passed engineer's inspection they asked me if I had any concerns and I wish every contractor provides level of customer service like this team. Thank You!

Dr Copeland is awesome. He has helped me almost eliminate my chronic headaches. I have suffered from daily headaches until now! I had pretty much written off chiropractors until my partner recommended Dr. Copeland. My partner had gone to see him with back problems & within 7 days he was feeling 100% better. Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

This was my first visit to Dr. Reskovich's practice. I am a retired dentist myself and I cannot emphasize enough about the skill, care and attention I received. Dr. Reskovich and his staff were most professional and truly caring. Dr. Reskovich administered the needle very gently and his hands were most skilled as he tackled a difficult extraction with patience. The office was clean and bright; the staff were cheerful and accommodating.
