Other shops have insane line ups to get into them. Today, I needed to get my tires changed. I called before I went - they said they could get the job done in a couple hours. Walked right in and in an hour and 45 minutes they were done with the chain freshly oiled and cleaned. The guys were very pleasant and the price was right.

i had to get flowers at the last second for a funeral. the woman working was so nice and helpful i didn't even realize i had walked in as she was closing. she made a beautiful arrangement and even offered to come in early the next day so i could pick them up. i can't say enough nice things about this place.

I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a paper feed problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars.

Our recent experience with Maple Leaf Well and Water Service was excellent, very professional and we were well looked after. The job was not without a few complications from our existing (old, now defunct) well, plus the time of year (Dec-freezing temps). We had been a week and 1/2 without water and for us seniors that’s an eternity. The drilling crew even worked all day Sunday, you don’t see that often nowadays and was as impressive as it was appreciated. Many Thanks!

I live in Regina Sask. I wanted to purchase a Brent pottery wheel. This company is amazing. My shipment came extremely fast, and everything was fully intact. They are great to deal with, the answer any questions you have. I also purchased pottery bats and some other small items. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.

We were referred to Black's when our mum passed away. She was an avid collector of books, and we wanted to get an opinion on the value of some older books in her collection. Adam and Ana came out to her home in Toronto, and were so helpful and diligent and honest in their approach. We ended up selling most of the collection, and consigning a few of the more valuable ones with them. It was sad to see the collection go but we were happy that they will get to good homes. Couldn't recommend more.
