James made sure the job was done properly, quality materials were used, and the roof was well sealed with a proper underlayment and drip edge as the previous roofer did not use one. Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon.
