Rob at RAM Electrical was, without question, the greatest experience I've had with a trade or contractor. Flipping breakers like a new homeowner dummy, I blew a circuit and wound up losing power to my whole house. Rob took my call and came over immediately, despite it being the end of his work day. They left a job with «loose ends» then never came back to remedy the defects after promising to do so. Im willing to change my rating WHEN the defects are corrected. BTW, THIS entry box needs to ACCEPT correctly-used apostrophes and other diacritical marks, this is CANADA, after all!!!!!
Good news! Finally (ahem!!!) I had a visit and the problem was corrected efficiently and pleasantly. Not all of it, it turned out, was Wymacs work so Im upgrading my review from POOR to VERY GOOD.

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful of our home and things. They removed our old oil furnace and replaced it with a new gas furnace in one day. Erin, in the office, walked me through the process to get the prequalification code for the FortisBC grant and even completed the forms for us...all we had to do was sign it and mail it. I highly recommend Norm's.
