An amazing facility! Every single feature has been thought through to make it the safest and most comfortable for pet. The staff is super friendly and get to know you and your pets so well. Their groomer has done great work on my 2 goldens, giving me exactly what I want and even pointing out skin concerns. This is Dustin from Plug n Play I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control. Lire plus
