Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.

Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. Moved on February 28, 2019. Excellent service from Bernie, Art and Kevin. The movers I had originally contracted with bailed on me at the last minute, and with three days notice this company came through. It was not a huge move but it meant everything to me. They were courteous, efficient and respectful. And much lower cost than I had anticipated. I would recommend the Kelowna Two Small Men With Big Hearts to anyone, especially for a local move.

Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.

Our family was extremely impressed with the managers this summer. The showers are completely finished and look great. The bathrooms were well maintained the whole weekend and the kids had a lot of fun playing on the playground and the beach. The games room looked like a dump last year, but the staff have re-painted and added to it, the kids couldn't get enough of it. The movie nights were moved inside so my kids could still had something to do at night even though it rained. The lookout trail hike was easy and quick for my whole family with an amazing view, but the lake was still a little too cold for swimming.
On the first night there were some younger, loud campers that the staff took care of. The managers didn’t go to bed until everything was taken care of. It was great to see that they are enforcing their noise policies. If we wanted to rent a boat or have help moving our fire pit the staff were happy and eager to help. We never had to wait long after our request was made. Such amazing staff members and campground. We are definitely coming back this summer!

We just moved my 88 year old Mom to Peachland Oct 2, 2019. She accidentally broke her denture that night. I called and they had me bring the pieces in right away. Moms were complicated and this caring man had them repaired by supper time. Such an amazing office with the friendliest staff. Now mom can actually have a real supper instead of pudding. Thank you so much for the awesome speedy work.

Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever!
