Excellent service at the pharmacy with superior communications with your prescriptions.
All staff is friendly and extremely helpful in every way.
If there are negative reviews about this place, then it is obviously because of your attitude.
I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.

I have brought in area rugs to be cleaned, and had Simcoe Carpet Cleaners come to the house to clean wall to wall carpeting. The service is always prompt and excellent. John and his staff take pride in the family run business, and ensure you will be a loyal and repeat customer. I like the fact that they give you a choice to save some money by bringing in your own rugs and blinds for cleaning. It shows they value your time, too!

They were honest about what my car needed to have done, they didnt try to gouge my bank account. There was a lot to be done and it was finished the same day that I brought it in. I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. The team of Northern is second to none. I would'nt consider taking my computer anywhere else.
