I have every confidence in the veterinarians and staff at this facility. As well as being expert at what they do, they are kind, patient and caring. We had a complex title and refinance deal.Cory let me do some elements of it then reviewed and put her name to it (saved $). Rest was done fast, and thorough. One party they handled on my behalf was gouging us but Cory challenged everything and they backed off.I 1st thought her assistant Taryn was a partner: she was was a pit bull making sure paid off creditors followed through on their promises: we wanted to adopt her after overhearing her cornering them (albeit politely) on the phone. 5+

To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

If they do not have the answer to your questions, they will refer you to someone more knowledgeable or will look it up for you. They truly care about the well-being of my dogs and know them by name. Pet Planet is about the most personal a pet store can be as they keep track of what you buy, ask you how you and your pet are doing. This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.
