I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. Hanif is fantastic. You’d think visits to have you vacuum fixed would be ho hum. Hanif will get you back up and running and you’ll leave feeling confident. I have had both vacuumes repaired here as well as just bought a shampooer from him. The plastic bag got a rip in it, Hanif got me fixed up right away and didn’t charge me. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I used to lose sleep before and after a dental visit but now I sleep like a little baby.
