I previously wrote a scathing review about this place when I had lost all hope but I was wrong. The staff of Interface do care about their patients post surgery. A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic ET problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and have spent the last couple years searching for answers. If you are thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. But I believe you can trust the staff here to do their best.

Dr. McConnell and her staff are great. She worked her ass off for me until she found a Neurologist that wasn't sitting on their brains, if they had any. Sure there are long waits, but some of you have your phones to play with or bring a book. It's more fun to people watch. We have had disagreements, even a shouting match. She is a person just like you who probably gets different moods. I know she is supposed to keep them in check, can you? She is only human so be humane.

I have had a great experience with my invisilign system. Having previously worn the traditional “train tracks” this new system was pain free and easy to use. Very thorough examination, then excellent follow up on any problems. Would highly recommend this group of dentists, especially Dr Mark, because he has taken care of my teeth. A crown on a back molar, and repair on a broken tooth, have both been dealt with very professionally, with good results. Dental hygienist is the best.
