Dr. Dhalla is very knowledgeable, competent, kind, compassionate and caring. He takes the needed time to ask questions, listen, given advice, go over options and thoroughly explain treatment options, risk, success rate. There are never line-ups and he is always on time.

Je suis très satisfaite du rendement de Dre. Keely et de ses interactions avec mon bébé. Dès la 1re rencontre, elle nous a vraiment mis en confiance comme parents. Elle s’exprime surtout en anglais, mais je la trouve très chaleureuse et elle s’en tient à l’essentiel. À chaque visite, elle prend son temps pour examiner le bébé. J’apprécie que l’équipe d’infirmerie nous remette à chaque visite un rapport indiquant le poids et la grandeur de l’enfant. Dre Keely a toute ma confiance.

Dr. Frankish is one of best doctors for allergies in Ottawa.
I have had bad experiences with two other allergists in Ottawa. Dr Frankish knows his stuff, values things that improve patient health and does not do things do not make sense.

Most people do not particularly like going to the Dentist but everyone is so friendly and relaxed in there, it is not a harrowing experience at all. Keep it up guys, you are all great !
